Let's seize this once-in-a-generation opportunity to contribute positively to the ongoing management and care for those with Pelvic Pain. Help us change the narrative!  

Join PPV for a roundtable event discussing all things Pelvic Pain, Endometriosis and Womens Pain Inquiry. 

 

Pelvic Pain Victoria is hosting a sector-wide roundtable strategy session. We want to know what is done well, what isn’t done so well and what solutions can we come up with to improve care in this area.  We welcome all policy makers, consumers, organisations, researchers, and clinicians working in the endometriosis and pelvic pain space.  

This is a solutions focused event, so come ready to think and share your thoughts, ideas and solutions.  

At the conclusion of this event we hope to have developed solutions and informed a list of priorities for the pelvic pain sector in Victoria that we can all work towards.  

We want to drive and inform change in this space to improve the care of those living with endometriosis and pelvic pain.  We hope this sector-wide discussion can inform and inspire your submissions into the Women’s Pain inquiry.  

The outcome of this the event will be a formal group submission for the Women’s Pain Enquiry from Pelvic Pain Victoria.

Pelvic Pain Meeting Geelong

We are excited to present our second meeting for 2023, meeting on Wathurong country by the shores of Corio Bay.

Associate Professor Helena Frawley is world renowned researcher in Pelvic physiotherapy and pelvic floor dysfunction. The talk she will present is based on her well received plenary presentation at the World Congress of Endometriosis, in May 2023.

“The Latest and Greatest”

Our Multidisciplinary Panel have reviewed research and recent meetings to bring you their ‘pick of the crop’ There will be something for everyone with presentations by physiotherapist, pain specialists, psychologist and general practitioners.

There will be morning tea between the two sessions, with a healthy buffet lunch to follow providing plenty of time to talk and meet people working in the field.
